Thomas Jozwiak adds an eclectic set of skills and capabilities to the ECYE team. He brings a wide base of knowledge and connections he developed as a businessman, MBA, former military officer and international traveler. As an owner of Bayside Properties and Value Mortgage from 2003-2008, Thomas managed a large number of agents and oversaw hundreds of real estate sales and financing transactions. He also enjoyed developing multi million dollar custom home and townhouse projects throughout the Soutbay area. He was involved with in all facets of property development, including land acquisition, financing, design, construction management and sales.

During his time with bayside Properties, Mr. Jozwiak helped develop an internet start-up, Onlineloans.com, where he managed internal operations and created and executed marketing campaigns.

In 2000 Mr. Jozwiak earned an MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Texas, The program also concentrated on international aspect of the evolving business world. Stemming from a successful internship during the MBA program, Thomas worked for Fujitsu (telecom) as part of a team helping high level US and Japanese management evaluate and optimize the strategy and development of billion dollar product lines.

Mr. Jozwiak also served as an Officer and aviator with the US Air Force, where he has seen and experienced the darker side of war and poverty thought the world. He has worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Bosnia, Africa, Panama, and a number of South American South East Asia and African countries. He enjoyed interfacing and negotiating with international embassies and military leaders while coordinating a number of C130 Airlift relief missions and classified joint operations.
